Restorative Yoga: Rest & Reset- 6 Week Series 

Sunday 6-7pm Starting October 20th

Find your self in a constant state of fight or flight? Or even in a state of freeze? Take this time to reset that switch over to rest and digest. We will focus on nourishing and restoring our body to a state of calm by activating, stimulating and toning the vagus nerve, the body’s superhighway. When we stimulate the vagus nerve, we activate and unlock the relaxation response and studies have shown that it also helps pump the brakes on inflammation!
