Transformation awaits with your choice of a membership or drop-in at any of our classes. Please sign up prior to attending class. If you need help registering, our instructors will happily assist you in the studio prior to class.
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
Gentle Flow/Yoga- Find ease in your body and ease in your mind through the breath, slow flows and stillness. Beginner friendly, all levels class. Mondays at 4pm and 7pm.
Rise & Shine Yoga- Energize your morning! Set the tone for the rest of your day with a practice that stretches and strengthens the muscles while also focusing on revitalization through the breath. Beginner friendly, all levels class. Tuesdays at 6:15am.
Hatha Yoga- Yoga and breath for all levels! Beginner friendly. Hatha is translated into “the sun” (Ha-) and “the moon” (-tha) with Hatha yoga working to join and balance these energies with slow transitions through yoga postures and breathing techniques. Tuesdays at 6:30pm.
Vinyasa Yoga- A fun, flowy vinyasa where we link the asanas/postures with our breath as our guide. With fewer cues and a faster pace, students will find some knowledge of yoga helpful, though not required. Ends in a brief guided meditation during savasana. Thursdays at 6:30pm.
Connect, Breathe, and Flow- During class will connect with ourselves, creating a sacred space within using breath and movement. Beginner friendly, all levels class. Fridays at 4:30pm.
Creative Flow- Use the breath to flow from one posture to the next in a dance of movement to create power and heat in the body, as well as a sense of calm and peace. Have fun as we move through creative transitions and options to use bands or weights. All levels welcome. Saturdays at 10am.
